Short version: we collect what we need to serve you, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. The documents and details you share with us in a session or an order are used to do the work you asked for — nothing else.
Your name, email address, and order details. We never see or store your full card number — payments are processed by Stripe, and card data goes directly to them.
Your name, email, phone number if you provide one, the time you selected, and whatever you tell us about your situation. If you send documents ahead of a session, we hold them only as long as needed to do the work and to keep a record of what we provided you.
Your message and address, retained so we have a record of the conversation.
Standard server and analytics information — pages visited, approximate location, browser type. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
We use established service providers to run the business. Each receives only what it needs:
These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle information.
We treat what you share as confidential and do not disclose it except to the service providers above, or where we are legally required to.
Important: because we are not attorneys, communications with us are not protected by attorney-client privilege. We handle your information carefully, but privilege is a legal protection that only applies to communications with a licensed attorney. If privilege matters to your situation, speak with one.
We send transactional email — order confirmations, deliveries, booking confirmations — because you bought or booked something. Marketing email goes only to people who signed up, and every one has an unsubscribe link that works. We do not sell or rent our list.
Email support@runyourcase.com for any of these and we will handle it.
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
support@runyourcase.com — a real person reads it.
